Erosion Control Rules

Erosion prevention is a component of the District's surface water management mission. The District's policy is to eliminate or reduce the amount of sediment and other pollutants reaching the public storm and surface water system resulting from development, construction, grading, excavating, clearing, and any other activity which accelerates erosion. Erosion Control permits are required for new development or any construction that involves excavation. Before Clackamas County Building Department will issue a building permit for construction within Oak Lodge Sanitary District, approval from the District will be required. The first step in provision of the approval document is application for an Erosion Control permit. Please contact the District Administration Office for permit information.
