The District accepts Visa, Discover, or Mastercard credit or debit cards. Customers may pay with their card in person at the Administration Office, or call the District at 503-653-1653 and pay over the phone.
Drop off:
You can drop off your payment at OLSD District Administration Office located at 14611 SE River Road (at the intersection of River Road and Oak Grove Boulevard).
Business hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday thru Friday except for holidays
After hours: Payment drop slot located to the left of the front doors of the Administration Building

Low Income Rate Relief Program for Sanitary Sewer
This program allows eligible customers to apply for a discounted rate for their sanitary sewer bill. Approved applicants will receive a fifty-percent reduction in both the base and consumption charges for sanitary sewer service.

Remember to provide a complete explanation for the status change requested, and sign and date the bottom of the form. Also, please note that the District will not adjust an account's billing status for temporary vacancies.

Rates Effective July 1, 2008
Wastewater Rates: The fixed rate is $16.74 per month per Equivalent Dwelling Unit. Added to this is $1.77 for each ccf (1 ccf = 100 cubic feet or 748 gallons) of average winter water consumption. For more information on the District's current rates you can look on page five in the Summer 2008 Newsletter.
Surface Water Management Rate is the same.
