The District accepts Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or American Express credit or debit cards. Customers may pay with their card in person at the Administration Office, or call the District at 503-653-1653 and pay over the phone.

You can drop off your payment at OLSD District Administration Office located at 14611 SE River Road (at the intersection of River Road and Oak Grove Boulevard).
Business hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday thru Friday except for holidays
After hours: Payment drop slot located to the left of the front doors of the Administration Building

Low Income Rate Relief Program for Sanitary Sewer
This program allows eligible customers to apply for a discounted rate for their sanitary sewer bill. Approved applicants will receive a fifty-percent reduction in both the base and consumption charges for sanitary sewer service.

Rates Effective July 1, 2010
Sanitary Sewer Treatment Rates: The fixed rate is $19.00 per month per Equivalent Dwelling Unit. Added to this is $2.01 for each ccf
(1 ccf = 100 cubic feet or 748 gallons) of average winter water consumption.
Surface Water Management Rates: The rate per month is $6.00 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit.
The average total bill in Oak Lodge Sanitary District for both sanitary sewer treatment and surface water management services is $74.92 every two months.
